La consolidation amorc\u00e9e en 2024 a continu\u00e9 de se concr\u00e9tiser en 2025, avec une dotation stabilis\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>1.4 EPT<\/strong>, conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs initialement fix\u00e9s. Cette \u00e9volution a permis au service RH de s\u2019ancrer un peu plus dans l\u2019organisation et d\u2019assurer une pr\u00e9sence aupr\u00e8s des collaboratrices et collaborateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Les sollicitations adress\u00e9es au service RH se sont nettement accrues au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, tant en volume qu\u2019en diversit\u00e9. Elles ont confirm\u00e9 la pertinence et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un service RH structur\u00e9, capable de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re professionnelle aux besoins grandissants en mati\u00e8re d\u2019information, de conseils, d\u2019accompagnement individuel ou collectif, ainsi que de suivi des aspects l\u00e9gaux, contractuels et conventionnels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">L\u2019accueil r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au service RH par les collaboratrices et collaborateurs est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral positif. Sa pr\u00e9sence est de plus en plus per\u00e7ue comme un appui accessible et l\u00e9gitime, favorisant une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de dialogue, un soutien accru aux parcours professionnels et une gestion plus coh\u00e9rente des situations RH. Cette reconnaissance confirme que le service est non seulement n\u00e9cessaire, mais \u00e9galement <strong>en voie de d\u00e9veloppement et de consolidation<\/strong>, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du fonctionnement global du RSNB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 20px\">Taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme en l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 20px\">(hors cong\u00e9s maternit\u00e9 et cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux)<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Le taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9, passant de 4.93% \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>5.12<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>%<\/strong><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Les absences de courte dur\u00e9e (CD) ont diminu\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">\u00e0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong> 1.96% <\/strong><\/span>(2.43% en 2024, 2.46% en 2023)<\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">.<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"> Les absences de longue dur\u00e9e (LD) ont par contre augment\u00e9, passant de 4.02% en 2023 et 2.50% en 2024, \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">3.16%<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">L&#8217;objectif, d\u00e9j\u00e0 fix\u00e9 en 2024, du taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme \u00e0 5.5% est maintenu en 2025, malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation.
