La mont\u00e9e en puissance amorc\u00e9e en 2024 s\u2019est pleinement concr\u00e9tis\u00e9e, avec une dotation d\u00e9sormais stabilis\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>1.4 EPT<\/strong>, conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs initialement fix\u00e9s. Cette \u00e9volution a permis au service RH de s\u2019ancrer durablement dans l\u2019organisation et d\u2019assurer une pr\u00e9sence renforc\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des collaboratrices et collaborateurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Les sollicitations adress\u00e9es au service RH se sont nettement accrues au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, tant en volume qu\u2019en diversit\u00e9. Elles ont confirm\u00e9 la pertinence et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un service RH structur\u00e9, capable de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re professionnelle aux besoins grandissants en mati\u00e8re d\u2019information, de conseils, d\u2019accompagnement individuel ou collectif, ainsi que de suivi des aspects l\u00e9gaux, contractuels et conventionnels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">L\u2019accueil r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au service RH par les collaboratrices et collaborateurs est positif. Sa pr\u00e9sence est d\u00e9sormais per\u00e7ue comme un appui accessible et l\u00e9gitime, favorisant une meilleure qualit\u00e9 de dialogue, un soutien accru aux parcours professionnels et une gestion plus coh\u00e9rente des situations RH. Cette reconnaissance confirme que le service est non seulement n\u00e9cessaire, mais \u00e9galement <strong>en voie de d\u00e9veloppement et de consolidation<\/strong>, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du fonctionnement global du RSNB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 20px\">Taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme en baisse <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 20px\">(hors cong\u00e9s maternit\u00e9 et cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux)<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Le taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">a baiss\u00e9, passant de 6.48% \u00e0 <span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>4.93%<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0Les absences de courte dur\u00e9e (CD) se sont maintenues au niveau de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 <span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>2.43% <\/strong><\/span>(2.46% an 2023, 2.41% en 2022, 2.08% en 2021, 2.67% en 2020). Les absences de longue dur\u00e9e (LD) ont diminu\u00e9, passant de 4.70% en 2022 et 4.02% en 2023, \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">2.50%<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">L&#8217;objectif 2024 du taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme \u00e0 5.5% est atteint.
