En outre, les besoins et les attentes du personnel augmentent, que cela soit au niveau de renseignements, de soutien, de conseils ou d&#8217;accompagnements ponctuels. Les exigences l\u00e9gales, le suivi des \u00e9volutions de la CCT SAN et la mise \u00e0 jour de la documentation interne sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de plus en plus importants, sp\u00e9cifiques et complexes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ces diff\u00e9rents facteurs ont amen\u00e9 le RSNB \u00e0 &#8220;professionnaliser&#8221; ses r\u00e9ponses en rapport avec les ressources humaines (RH) en d\u00e9veloppant un service dans le domaine et en renfor\u00e7ant la dotation : de 0.6 EPT au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2024, elle passera progressivement \u00e0 1.4 EPT en 2025. Un pas important a \u00e9t\u00e9 pris pour d\u00e9velopper les comp\u00e9tences et assurer une meilleure r\u00e9ponse au personnel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Cette r\u00e9organisation a aussi permis de concr\u00e9tiser une volont\u00e9 d&#8217;accueillir un ou une apprenti\u00b7e de commerce. Cette ambition a pu se r\u00e9aliser d\u00e8s le 1<sup>er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 20px\">Taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme en baisse <\/span><\/strong><em><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 20px\">(hors cong\u00e9s maternit\u00e9 et cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux)<\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">Le taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme a baiss\u00e9, passant de 6.48% \u00e0 <span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>4.93%<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0Les absences de courte dur\u00e9e (CD) se sont maintenues au niveau de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00e0 <span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>2.43% <\/strong><\/span>(2.46% an 2023, 2.41% en 2022, 2.08% en 2021, 2.67% en 2020). Les absences de longue dur\u00e9e (LD) ont diminu\u00e9, passant de 4.70% en 2022 et 4.02% en 2023, \u00e0 <strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">2.50%<\/span>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 16px\">L&#8217;objectif 2024 du taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme \u00e0 5.5% est atteint.
