Malgr\u00e9 tous les efforts produits et la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9silience des un\u00b7e\u00b7s et des autres, l&#8217;\u00e9puisement \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent et le personnel a manqu\u00e9 dans de nombreuses institutions\u2026 y compris au RSNB o\u00f9 <strong>le taux d&#8217;absent\u00e9isme a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9, passant de 5.84% \u00e0 7.11%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les absences de courte dur\u00e9e<\/strong> (hors cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux) se sont maintenues dans la cible de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es <strong>\u00e0<\/strong> <strong>2.41%<\/strong> (2.08% en 2021, 2.67% en 2020). <strong>Quant aux absences de longue dur\u00e9e<\/strong> (hors cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9), elles ont augment\u00e9 de 1%, passant de 3.76% en 2021 <strong>\u00e0<\/strong> <strong>4.70%<\/strong> en 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau des d\u00e9parts et des arriv\u00e9es, 4 collaboratrices ont quitt\u00e9 le RSNB et 10 personnes ont rejoint l&#8217;association, situant le taux de rotation du personnel \u00e0 5.3%.<\/p>\n<h5>Uni\u00b7e\u00b7s et solidaires malgr\u00e9 tout !<\/h5>\n<p>Nonobstant ces circonstances, selon les retours re\u00e7us pendant les rencontres avec le personnel, le climat social est rest\u00e9 bon et positif.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: var(--bs-body-bg);color: var(--bs-body-color);font-family: var(--bs-body-font-family);font-size: var(--bs-body-font-size);font-weight: var(--bs-body-font-weight);text-align: var(--bs-body-text-align)\">Merci d&#8217;avoir fait preuve d\u2019unit\u00e9 et de solidarit\u00e9 !
