Bien que certains secteurs aient \u00e9t\u00e9 plus rudement touch\u00e9s, la pand\u00e9mie a continu\u00e9 d&#8217;impacter tout le monde et d&#8217;engendrer, non seulement des souffrances mais \u00e9galement une grande fatigue psychologique. Malgr\u00e9 cela, l&#8217;ensemble du personnel a fait preuve de r\u00e9silience et d&#8217;une belle solidarit\u00e9. Merci \u00e0 chacun et chacune !!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En 2021, le RSNB a vu le d\u00e9part de 6 collaboratrices et collaborateurs, dont 1 d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite, et l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e de 8 personnes, situant le taux de rotation du personnel \u00e0 8.3% (rapport entre le nombre de d\u00e9parts et l&#8217;effectif moyen pendant l&#8217;ann\u00e9e civile).<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de l&#8217;absent\u00e9isme, l&#8217;impact de la pand\u00e9mie a \u00e9t\u00e9 moins important sur les absences de courte dur\u00e9e qui ont recul\u00e9 de 2.67% \u00e0 2.08%. Les absences de longue dur\u00e9e (hors cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9) ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 sans que cette croissance puisse \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 la crise sanitaire (3.50% en 2020 \u00e0 3.76% en 2021).<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e \u00e9puisante sur le plan psychologique, le climat social est rest\u00e9 bon et positif au sein de l&#8217;association.
