Parall\u00e8lement, 9 personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillies et 3 contrats de personnes \u0153uvrant dans des projets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 repris. Le taux de rotation est ainsi rest\u00e9 bas, \u00e0 4.5%.<\/p>\n<p>Au niveau de l&#8217;absent\u00e9isme, l&#8217;impact de la pand\u00e9mie a \u00e9t\u00e9 manifeste sur les absences de courtes dur\u00e9es et <strong>surtout les cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux<\/strong> (isolement, attente de r\u00e9sultats, quarantaine et semi-confinement), qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 2.5 fois sup\u00e9rieures, augmentant le taux de 1.34% \u00e0 3.50%. Concernant les absences de longues dur\u00e9es (hors cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9), elles ont suivi la m\u00eame tendance et ont plus que doubl\u00e9 (2.67% en 2020\u00a0 contre 1.13% en 2019), sans que cette croissance puisse \u00eatre directement attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 la crise sanitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 des chiffres de l&#8217;absent\u00e9isme en hausse, le climat social reste extr\u00eamement positif au sein de l&#8217;association, comme en t\u00e9moigne l&#8217;enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du personnel (Cf. les points marquants). Cependant, il ne faut pas non plus ignorer que les contraintes et les mesures impos\u00e9es par la crise sanitaire, telles que la distanciation, le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail ou l&#8217;annulation des rencontres collectives, ont parfois mis \u00e0 mal &#8211;
